Participation as a driver at the Bandimere Speedway event is limited to 60 conference registrants on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are driving, you will be required to sign a standard waiver of liability at Bandimere. A sample of this type of waiver can be viewed by clicking here. Please note that the sample is for informational purposes, the actual waiver must be signed on site at Bandimere Speedway on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation requests made on or before June 12th will receive a full refund/transfer. Cancellation requests made on June 13th, 2010 through June 19th, 2010 will be responsible for a $150 processing fee.
4L Events will not offer any refunds for no-shows or cancellations made on or after June 20, 2010.
Substitutions are allowed in the event you find you are not able to attend and want to send a colleague in your place.

Please note that 4L Events reserves the right to alter event agendas/topics, speakers, and venues due to scheduling conflicts, and to cancel or reschedule an event. 4L Events is not responsible for any costs associated with travel charges attendees may incur due to substitutions, sold-out, cancelled, or rescheduled events.
Hotel Accommodations
4L Events has made arrangements with the Ritz-Carlton, Denver, to make rooms available to event attendees at a special rate of $195 per night, from Thursday, June 24, through Saturday, June 26.
Hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.85%) in effect at the time of check-out.
